CrossFit 137provides a healthy environment to improve overall fitness through group classes, healthy competition and support from an in-house built community. It is appealing to anyone because no matter what fitness level you are capable of, you are all able to do the same workout scaled to your individual needs. Whatever your reasoning for coming to work-out – whether it is wanting to get healthier or lose a few pounds – you are doing it with a group of people who have similar reasons for being there, which provides the accountability everyone needs.

Scott Bolduc, Owner CrossFit 137
Scott started CrossFit 137 in May of 2019 with the desire to help bring fitness to the Waterville area. He was introduced to crossfit in 2013 by a coworker at the firehouse where he worked. He enjoys helping people to reach their full potential, physically and mentally, and achieve their goals for a healthier lifestyle.
Scott brings a philosophy of progress not perfection to his members at Crossfit 137; that with proper technique and body mechanics, and lots of practice we can all get faster, stronger, and lead a healthy life. Jane started CrossFit in the Spring of 2018 and recently obtained her Level 1 in the Fall of 2019. She quickly fell in love with the community of CrossFit and enjoys sharing her love of fitness with our members. Outside of CrossFit, Jane is a 6th grade mathematics teacher at Messalonskee Middle School.
In January 2020, Jane will be partaking in the CrossFit Kids course to bring this program to CrossFit 137.
