Punchcards and One-Time Classes
On-Ramp is CrossFit 137's introductory course. By the end of this program you will have a basic understanding of the movements, terminology and different styles of workouts CrossFit has to offer. Once completed, can join in regular WOD classes for the remainder of the month.
CrossFit gyms can be intimidating. But they don't have to be! If you're curious about CrossFit but not sure if you're ready to make the commitment just yet, we encourage you to talk to one of our friendly coaching staff members.
