The CrossFit 137 Gym
CrossFit 137provides a healthy environment to improve overall fitness through group classes, healthy competition and support from an in-house built community. It is appealing to anyone because no matter what fitness level you are capable of, you are all able to do the same workout scaled to your individual needs. Whatever your reasoning for coming to work-out – whether it is wanting to get healthier or lose a few pounds – you are doing it with a group of people who have similar reasons for being there, which provides the accountability everyone needs.

Scott started CrossFit 137 in May of 2019 with the desire to help bring fitness to the Waterville area. He was introduced to crossfit in 2013 by a coworker at the firehouse where he worked. He enjoys helping people to reach their full potential, physically and mentally, and achieve their goals for a healthier lifestyle.
Scott brings a philosophy of progress not perfection to his members at Crossfit 137; that with proper technique and body mechanics, and lots of practice we can all get faster, stronger, and lead a healthy life. Alexis has been coaching CrossFit since 2016. She grew up around her family’s business, Decal Gymnastics, and continues as the program director there.
She is passionate about fitness and likes to encourage healthy lifestyles for everyone. “I love how I can help encourage healthy habits in a safe and encouraging atmosphere where people don’t come to “just work out” but to be a part of a community. I look at my girls that come into gymnastics and there are days they wouldn’t be able to get through without their teammates, CrossFit provides the same mentality. People who are here for the same reason as you, to get healthy, and challenge themselves. Everyone here holds each other accountable, and encourages each other, which creates a sense of belonging and motivation you didn’t know you had, the environment and CrossFit community are amazing”
